Most in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 days depending on customs clearance.
Do ZWO ASTRO products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our primary hardware, including ASI cameras and ASIAIR controllers, comes with a standard 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Which software is compatible with ZWO cameras?
Our cameras are fully compatible with the ASIAIR app, ASIStudio, and third-party software via ASCOM or INDI drivers, including N.I.N.A., SharpCap, and PHD2.
What is your return policy for telescope accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that opened software or items showing signs of mounting may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do you provide technical support for polar alignment or sensor tilt issues?
Absolutely. Our technical team is available via email to help you troubleshoot sensor tilt, back-focus spacing, and software configuration to ensure you get the best possible astro-images.
