Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request through our support portal within 30 days of receiving your hardware.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the astronomy camera or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all cables, adapters, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Attach the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our designated inspection facility for verification.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians confirm the device is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
